  • Forget the mayo, mix your tuna with hummus or an avocado or both. I mix and spread over sliced tomatos and cucumbers.
  • Are you breastfeeding? Give it time if you are, it works wonders! And if you are, you need extra calories to feed the lil one so just start being active again. I started out with walks and then gradually started running again after I had my son. You will get there, but no need to stress yet!
  • i think you are trying to turn a friendship into something more whether you realize it or not. He is treating you like a guy who isn't that interested in you and knows that he can use you when he needs to. Don't waste your time. If a guy is sincere in offering a good friendship or relationship then he will make the effort…
  • I think the hot air balloon ride is a fantastic idea! I myself purchased a half off full day rafting trip for a couple I knew. They had a blast and more importantly it was an awesome memory and experience, versus just stuff that may or may not be used a lot.

  • Go to a running store and get checked out for shoes. They will check your form and recommend shoes based on how your foot lands which will help with support. Also, they will put you in a proper size which is usually a size or two up from what you would normally wear to accomadate for your feet swelling. It is worth every…
  • Where are you getting your calorie information? I was looking at your diary and you have buffalo wild wings six wings at like 450 calories. That sounds really low. To give you an idea Taco mac has nutition posted on their site and 20 wings is 3500 calories. Also, you have a tossed salad marked as a 100 calories but it has…

  • I have a morning snack everyday of a cup of carrots and an individual sabra hummus. Then in the afternoon, I snack on natural almonds. They both do the trick between meals. You could even have a cutie with the almonds. One thing to look out for, I noticed alot of fast food and processed meals on your diary. I know it's…
  • Congrats on a great milestone! Keep up the hard work!
  • Not to rain on the whoohoo let's get stupid drunk and laugh about it parade, but as someone who works in law enforcement, you are very lucky. You are lucky because at the very least some slime ball you wouldn't have touched sober with a ten foot poll didn't manage to corner you in a club somewhere, or get you home. You are…

  • I hate to just state the obvious, but it seems like having an frank discussion with your husband is in order. A bunch of strangers who know neither or you will not resolve this problem.
  • I HATE coconut. So I tell myself everything has coconut and run quickly in the other direction. Works too since I now visualize the dreaded nasty thing....kills my craving.:drinker:
  • Well first, he was walking with two women, and quite possibly you just heard a snippet of a conversation that had nothing to do with you. Second, even IF it was directed at you, you know you are doing what you need to be doing to get where you want to be. Nobody else matters!

  • I got sucked in and quickly realized how bad these books were. But because I'm OCD I had to finish the trilogy. The author was "inspired" by Twilight and basicly re-wrote that series with spanking. It was so badly lacking in plot, I actually eye rolled every time a sex break took place in between the 3 lines of dialogue…
  • I highly recommend a heart rate monitor to track calories burned. Takes the guess work out on what you are burning!
  • I'm 5'4 and I would LOVE to get to 130. Trying to push myself to exercise more, that is where I really lack discipline! Working on moving at least 4-5 times a week v. my usual 2-3.
  • I didn't do it for Lent, but I too gave up the sugar! ( and all alchohol and most butter!!!!!!!) I am a sugar monster! So it is very hard for me to turn it down, but now that I have been off it for 3 weeks, I find that my initial mental trick still works like a charm! I HATE coconut. Can't stand it! So whenever I see…
