good going guys!!! I did 3 miles of the 5 mile fat burning walk yesterday and 3 miles of walk off 10 pounds today. went over calories yesterday but I usually keep Sunday as my cheat day.

i wasn't that great yesterday foodwise but I usually keep Sunday as a "cheat day" because it's always a family go out to dinner day. I walked 3 miles yesterday (5 mile fat burning walk) and 3 miles today (walk off 10 pounds).

I usually put in "walking 4.0 mph" as my cardio. 1 mile usually takes 15 minutes on her DVD's. Hope that helps!

i love Leslie! I don't dread her workouts at all and I feel great when I'm done. I just saw on the news today too that walking 3 -5 hours a week reduces insulin and estrogen levels in women which can help lower the risk of getting breast cancer. insane right?! all the more reason to keep at it! Same here. I log it in as walking 4.0 mph (walking very brisk pace) because it usually times out as 1 mile per 15 minutes.
