Sugar cookie with sprinkles. I eat one whenever I have an extra 150 calories. There is a small market up the street from me that makes them fresh daily. YUMMMMM:love: :love: :love: :love: :love: :love: :love:

I am going through a plateau after losing 20 pounds. Think positive and stick with the MFP lifestyle. This is the only weight loss program that has worked for me and I don't even consider it a weight loss program so much as a new way of life. B

Those 100 calorie snack cakes, chips, crackers etc. I buy with good intentions but then end up eating the entire box. I do not buy them anymore. I look forward to plane rides because they offer one of my favorite 100 calorie snacks on Southwest. LOL!!!!!!

I will be on a flight to visit my family Xmas day. I once used to spend all my Xmas' alone but most times sitting home alone is lonely and painful. The best thing to do in that situation is to be of service to others. Volunteer somewhere, don't let yourself have a pity party because out there some needs you to come help…

I like to eat carbs late at night too. I actually save quite a few calories for night eating because that is just who I am. As long as I make it healthy, like fruits, yogurt, cereal I feel fine.
