I blame cheese for a good portion of my weight gain. I will just get a small block of it here and there as a treat now. I do also eat the 25 calorie wedges. I don't buy laughing cow brand, too expensive. Aldi's has the same thing for a lot less.

Wearing a size 18 was really hard for me. Last thing I wanted to do was buy clothes, but I had to cuz nothing of mine fit. I'm now into size 8! My legs rubbing together was a big motivator too.

Well I figure if it's something you really enjoy you do not have to totally stop eating it by any means. You just have to learn to control your portions. I usually eat 1/4 cup plain m&m's or a few hershey kisses.

I am one poiund away from my goal and I haven't lost in about four weeks. I started swimming laps hopefully it will help.

It's not going to come off overnight. Maybe try setting a small goal first like 20 lbs by september or whatever you think is doable. This is so worth it! Please don't give up.

I felt upset today and no lie after doing some physical work I felt better. I do understand that somedays you just have to skip it. Just get back on track tomorrow.

I have been both overweight and healthy weight up and down a couple times. I know what it's like to be on each side. The overweight me is not who I want to be. I want to really care about myself, and when I'm overweight I stop caring. I am 8 pounds away from goal weight; the real goal is keeping it off this time!

Went to Chick fil A and only had a little bit of Spicy dressing on my wrap, not the whole package! If you never tried it, it's very good! Their blue cheese is amazing too- I haven't had any of that all year.
