ya i'd change my goal to one pound a week or half pound a week. I don't know how people do 1200. I also have special days maybe once a month or so where I just eat what I want, like pizza or something. (just not a whole pizza, lol) I have also found that oatmeal fills me up for a long time.

Lifting your family up in prayer! Our God is an awesome God! Maybe you can get something to keep you're hands busy. puzzles, needlework, whatever. Coloring is even good for that.

I am frustrated with makeup. I feel I look better with it on, but I can never seem to achieve that smokey eye look or outragous eyeshadow color look, or red lipstick. I feel totally weird trying bold makeup styles on.

It's funny how people gain due to all the Christmas goodies, then there is valentines, then easter, then cookouts. then thanksgiving.... its a never ending cycle!

I was a fast food eater. I would eat a lot of burgers at Sonic and Burger King- oh ya and Dairy Queen Blizzards. If you can stay off it for a few weeks it actually doesn't even sound good at all. Well, that is what happened to me anyway. Good luck.

I know I have a certain allotment of calories. I ask myself if the 300 or more calories are worth the few minutes of eating cake, donuts, etc. Usually it's really not worth it.

I'm working Saturday then going to Mom's in the evening for Easter dinner. I"ll be going to in-laws for Easter dinner on Sunday! Monday's weigh in should be intresting....

I still eat chocolate almost every day, just not a lot of it. Find some healthy snacks you like. Fiber one makes good 90 calorie brownies.

I overestimate sometimes. some foods you just don't know if it's accurate. My mom gave me a piece of homemade zucchini bread. Now how do you go about that? I just look up in the database and try to figure out the best I can. There are some things I do not log like coffee and diet tea or pop.

A burger and fries does not sound good at all to me anymore. I really can't believe I used to eat that so much. I do still crave chocolate and cake and all though. I still have it here and there. no biggie.

If I weighed in everyday it would drive me nuts. Your weight typically changes a pound or so here or there due to water and other factors. Id go with weighing in no more than once a week.
