Growing up my dad worked 3-11 so I didn't see him much. He was also very reserved and I guess somewhat angry or depressed? Well, every Valentines Day he would give my the typical heart shaped box of chocolates and a card. It was a truly big deal to me because it was individual attention from him.

The way things are going, it may be the only holiday that will be allowed to celebrate openly- you know we can't offend anyone by celebrating Easter or Christmas! I guess we do have New Year's too.....

My hubby and I are doing this whole weight loss thing TOGETHER! Whoever makes dinner asks the other how many calories they have left and we figure something out accordingly. We sit at the table together every dinner.

True, they are really high in sodium. I hear the Smart Ones by Weight Watchers are better because they tend to have a higher fiber content.
