You look fabulous!

I'm just saying if you really feel like that then monitor every single person that post a recipe on here. Don't just pick on one person ALL THE TIME.
-
Because you just pick on HIM for some reason. He even left this site BECAUSE OF YOU. I know that does not make you feel bad but it should. It's shameful...... Remember one day you, or someone you love (if there anyone), will be exactly where he is now and hopefully no one will give you the same treatment. But if they…

thanks to all that replied.....I like to give credit where it's due too....but it's a recipe! Not a best-seller. And how many sites have a recipe for bbq shrimp kabobs? I bet hundreds! Now I feel so much better for at least talking about it. I just don't see why anyone should go out of their way to hurt someone else.…

I understand what you are saying but let's be realistic about this.....do you think that www.ifood is the one and only site that ever in the whole world posted a bbq shrimp kabob recipe? That's not this guy's point anyway. He has been on this poor man no matter what he does. Not sure why he hates him so much.....sad really…

Maybe YOU should have looked it up first.......seems like the right word...... In Internet slang, a troll (/ˈtroʊl/, /ˈtrɒl/) is a person who sows discord on the Internet by starting arguments or upsetting people,[1] by posting inflammatory,[2] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community (such as a forum, chat…

You act like anyone cares where this recipe came from.....we don't! We are just glad to get it. Glad someone wants to share with us. Stop trolling and acting like you are doing a public service. No one has asked you to! I just cannot for the life of me figure out why you dislike this man so much? He's never been anything…

My son suffered from a rash across his back that he could not get rid of. He used coconut oil 2 times a day rubbing it on and the rash went away. I've never heard of "oil Pulling"....what in the world is that?
-
62 here....not sure how THAT happened!! Feel free to add me if you like....I love sharing ideas and recipes, etc......

Jim was a very nice man but because of a "few" he felt the need to quit MFP. Even if he did copy and post recipes what did that matter? Everyone does it and no one cares. There are thousands of variations of recipes out there. Why was it such a big deal to make this man feel so bad that he couldn't contribute? Mean and no…

awesome!! You don't look like the same person! Congratulations!
-
awesome! Good job!!
-
That sounds so good! How many servings does that make?
-
I bought five bars....I couldn't give the things away! They were horrible.....
-
don't do it....it's so much more fun when they finally "notice" on their own! :) I lost 40 pounds before anyone said anything. It was a great day!!
-
Yes I try to fill out my whole day for tomorrow the night before. It helps me to see what I need to pack for lunch and snacks and reminds me what I am going to do for dinner. and it's easy to change if I have to make other plans. It's the only thing that really keeps me on track!
-
You look awesome! And I don't think anyone can fault your determination......eating only once a day has to have real focus!!
-
Of course....

Tyler Texas here! :)

Logging my food helped convince me to quit going out at lunch and bring better choices. Now I read while I eat at work I save tons of calories. Also planning my meals on MFP for tomorrow helps keep me on track. Down 55 pounds....so I guess I can say it's working :)
-
Awesome! Congratulations on sticking with it....it paid off!!

wish I knew how to convert this to spoon and cup measurements......sigh......
