How about if I were to do that BodyRock.tv stuff 3x/week until my vacation. Would that be enough to tone and tighten my body? As well as a proper diet of course.

110 is what I think I'd look best at, I have a very small frame. But if I start feeling too skinny I can always stop. I'm not too worried about the weight, as long as I'm losing inches and looking more defined I'm happy.

I'd love to have a six pack by the time I'm traveling Europe in April. Nothing too severe, just tight and toned haha. Height: 5'7.5" CW: 117-123 lbs (I have been stuck here for two months and my body does not want to seem to budge!) GW: 110 lbs

I have almost the exact same stats! I'm 5'7.5" and I was 117 lbs but recently had a terrible couple weeks and I am now about 125 lbs :embarassed:. Which is why I am looking for a weight loss buddy haha.

Thanks for the responses! And I'm not eating 800 calories, I was eating 1200 and then had to keep reducing it to lose weight which I realized would be unsustainable. I am currently aiming for 1200 cals :) (Last week I was eating around 1600 cals and only gained a couple pounds, but hopefully that will let me start losing…

Hello, I'm just under 5'8" and currently 118 lbs with a goal weight of 110 lbs :smile:

So would doing something like this 5 times a week produce progress? Pushups- 10 reps 3 sets Squats and/or Lunges -10 reps 3 sets Planks (side and basic plank) 30 secs 3 sets and/or Russian Twists: 22 reps 3 sets This looks so pathetic compared to the crossfit I used to do xP

To find out your frame size you can either type it into your search engine (Frame size Calculator). Or as an approximation, you take your pointer finger and thumb and wrap it around the smallest part of your wrist. If your fingers don't touch, you probably have a large frame, if they barely touch you have a medium frame…
