I appreciate the responses! I have made chilli before, but I like to keep my meals at 300 calories for a pretty large meal and I find chilli to be too calorie dense.\ Anyone have chicken recipes? Maybe casseroles or something? Thanks again :smile:

I hear ya! My bf is 140-150 and hes 5'10" and I'm 140-145 and only 5'7". I used to be 115-120lbs and I was so much more comfortable walking around with him and we'd go to he beach and stuff but now I'd be miserable in a bikini next to him :laugh: .

I want to lose the same amount but not in two months. I'm 5'7" currently 143 lbs (heaviest I have EVER been) and I want to go back to the weight I was last summer 115lbs-120lbs.

Gosh, that is SO motivating to hear. I haven't been doing much exercise lately and was feeling very deflated that I won't ever get a nice body! Also I've seen ppl ask about healthy diet alone and they basically get their heads chopped off in the forums lol. Congratulation! :drinker:

Your like the size of my bf, he's about 5'10 and just over 140 lbs. Hes pretty skinny. I would say bulk up a bit!

I usually just add cinnammon and a bit of unsweetened almond milk. But if I really want something sweet I'll stir in a packet of light Hot Chocolate Powder. It's SO yummy!

Thank you for the advice! I am going to be taking it as it goes, so of I feel like I need a rest day and/or more food I will comply :). By the way, I am about 5'7" and 130 lbs, I have a small frame so 130 doesn't look good on me AT ALL haha
