Help losing 20 pounds?!

Hey yall! I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to lose 20 pounds in less than 2 months?! I am 5' 6 1/2" and weigh 139.8 lbs! I am trying to get down to 119!! Any advice it greatly appreciated!!!

I want to lose the same amount but not in two months. I'm 5'7" currently 143 lbs (heaviest I have EVER been) and I want to go back to the weight I was last summer 115lbs-120lbs.0

Do you care if you end up losing half the weight as muscle, and have problems maintaining after that because your metabolism is shot?
Or, if you don't actually plan on wearing your scale so people can see how much you weigh, do you want to just fit into smaller clothes and really look like you lost weight?
Plus, are you really small framed that has that as correct goal weight?0 -
It took me 6 months of hard work to lose 20lbs - watching my calories and exercising for an hour most days. It's easier to lose 20lbs if you are very overweight but at 140 you might find it takes longer.0

First of all I am sorry I didn't realize I posted this in the sucess stories! And well I am going to the beach in about 2 months and I need to drop the weight! I lost 10 pounds in the last 2 months but I know I could have done better, I was just wondering if anyone had and advice on how to do it so my metabolism won't be completely screwed. I was 115-120 two years ago, and I am trying to get back to where I was then! Thanks everyone!0

Use the spreadsheet linked in this topic.
ONLY do lifting 60 min 3 x weekly with walking level 3-4 mph 3 x weekly for 60 min. No extra cardio.
Eat the goal given daily. That's the best deficit you'll get without losing muscle mass and just lowering your metabolism.
And use Macros tab to eat correct amount of protein for LBM daily. Nail that minimum.

Lifting needs to be big muscles, no bicep curls and tricep kickbacks.0
