It looks like it's your sodium intake. You are probably just retaining some water. If you cut the sodium you will probably see more come off. Just my take on your diary.

It is working for me as well. I started out excerising pretty regular but fell out of it and am still losing. Just the major change in eatting is working for me so far and I am loving it!! Glad you are finding success as well!!!!

Count me in!! Doing it for my beautiful 3 yo and decided to do it after my recent 30th bday. lol Decided I needed to get my behind in gear.

Took my 3yo daughter to IHOP as that is a big treat for her. Got the baby cakes kids meal for myself!! lol

I agree with music. It sets a great tempo. You can find great songs for warming up, cooling down, and the hard part in between. lol

Use the mobile app if you can. Otherwise I would plan ahead and use the database here. Also takes the guess work out of what to order when you get there.
