If you are serious then may I suggest what is working for me; I only allow the right foods in my house...I buy veggies, chicken, whole wheat breads and grains, low fat and fat free dairy. For snacks and sweets, I buy 100 calories popcorn, sugar free jello and pudding, skinny cow ice cream, etc.......Drink tons of water!…

Wow, I can't believe all the negativity. We all have to find what works for us. If it works for you great and keep up the good work! Be careful as you can overdose on potassium! I wouldn't do more than one or two a day! Potassium overdose affects your heart.

10 lbs in a month is great.......take it 10 lbs at a time so it doesn't seem so overwhelming! I look to get down into the next 10s like from 230 into the 220's. 10lbs at a time and each 10 I reward myself! Give it a try and friend me if you want! Good luck!

So very true! It's not a quick fix, it is a new lifestyle for the rest of your life! Moving, eating right and being accountable everyday for what you put into your body! and the journaling too!
