Greek yogurt, 0% fat, plain, mixed w any flavor crystal light. Dannon & Fage are my favorites. Filling, low cal, low carb, high protein, satisfies my sweet tooth (most of the time)

You can definitely do it overweight, it's an awesome program. Incorporate squats while you're training, it helped me get faster :). Eat at a deficit, do C25K, incorporate strength training, you'll be well own your way to goal.
