Wow, how "crappy" No matter what I choose to eat, healthy, unhealthy, clean, unclean... however you want to label your food, if I eat too much of anything over how much energy I expend, I will gain weight.

I hit goal in May, crashed & burned immediately. Gained 5 back which I can't seem to lose again, plus now want to lose 5 more. Back to the drawing board. One thing I found out I did wrong was to increase calories to maintenance right away. Once I hit goal again, I'll increase 100 calories a week til I get to maintenance…
