Are you exercising at all ? this way you can eat more as long as you net 1200.... if you did bump your calories up you would probably only see again for two weeks or so until your body gets used to the extra food... I had mine out a few years ago and I am fine! in fact i lost all my weight after the surgery ! i am so happy i am pain free .. gallstones are the worst!

did Level 3 again last night ! man that level makes me sweat so much and the pace is soo much faster .. which is good because its over quickly! I have to say The Shred is my fave of Jillians dvd's! Level 1- 9 days Level 2 - 7 Days Level 3 - 2 days!

oh good post I am often like this!!!... Sometimes its sweet popcorn...although I can get carried away eating that... lately I have been also having swiss miss or low fat custard made with hot water !

hey guys! went back to level 1 again last night .. so thats 8 days level 1 and 5 days level 2! anyone else find that level 2 hurts there back ? Im hoping to do level 2 again tonight !

hey guys! did level 2 day 5 yestedray ! so thats 7 workouts level 1 and 5 workouts level 2..... Level 2 is still such a killer! level 1 for me got easier but level 2 ouch! I really want to try and do level 1 and level 2 back to back but man after i have finsihed one level I am always to knackered!

Day 4 Level 2 done! man level 2 is such a killer! especially the third ciruit with the leg raise things and v flys.. feel the burn! soo thats 7 days level 1 and 4 days level 2.... I think I will just be doing 7 days of each level as the fourth week is my wedding week so I will just have to squeeze it in when I can!

HEY- i am so pleased to say that when i got home from my dress fitting i shredded! it was 9.30 in the eve but i did it!!!!! yay for me! so thats 7 days level 1... 1 day level 2! :smile:

hey went back to level 1 last night so thats 6 days level 1 .. 1 day level 2... im hoping to double up over the weekend so that i can catch up with everyone! im off for my final dress fitting tonight so wont be able to shred :(
