yay i found the thread again! I got lost ! hahahah! Im thinking of moving upto L2 today ... its should be L1 D5 for me .. but im not working up much of a sweat anymore with L1 ... I may also start combining levels 1 and 2 .. il see how i go! xxx

morning all!!! DAY 1 LEVEL 1 Complete!!! it seemed to go really quickly and compared to when I first did the shred i found it quite easy ! so my fitness level must be getting better ! I have sore Thighs and under arms today though! hahha! But i am happy to be shredding with you all :) have a great day xxx

yes i hate it! i always get colds when im run down too and doing too much ! but i just think id rather take one or two days off the gym rather than keep working out and make myself even more ill! rest days wont hurt !

You could also try some good carbs during the day like sweet potato, wholegrain/brown bread and rice...
