HEY ! like you i have done the 30 day shred.. saw great results and love training with JM ...So i bought BFBM .... and its realy good ...its like doing the shred twice..it pushed me ..i thought i wouldnt be able to make it through to the end ..but i did and its worth ut ..a very thorough work out! let me know how u find it…

I think that as long as you definetly work out afterwards to burn off the extra calories then yes thats fine. You just risk eating and then maybe not exercising later if something comes up ...hope this makes sense :)

I totally feel bad for taking a day off even though i know i shouldnt ! . I exercise around 5 times a week for an hour ... and i really have to tell myself to take two days rest and the body needs it ...i do feel guilty but its all in the mind...2 days off a week isnt going to make me pile the pounds back on! i do find it…

When i did it i asked someone of a similar height and weight to me what they burned...im 5'7 and 150 pounds..i burn around 200.... and other friends of mine who were a different height and weight also burned around this much ...but the most accurate way would be with a HRM. enjoy shredding!

Hi I am the same height as you ..and at my biggest I was a size 16, at one point my BMI was obese and a nurse told me that i needed to go on a strict diet ...fair enough I was a bit overweight but Obese I think is a bit ridiculous. I Track both and im usually pretty good with sodium its the sugar monster that gets me ! ...but usually its not bad sugar maybe fruit or cereals ...im almost over everyday its annoying but I dont want to snack on rubbish!....its hard !i think track 'calories,sat fat ( as thats the one that really counts) sodium and sugar…

I Think if you ate 1411 cals then thats fine... i usually stick to my daily in take of 1340... sometimes i need extra calories for exercise ...sometimes i dont ... i think you are doing fine and eating enough ... i dont usually take much notice of the net cals ...if you eat all of them then your not burning anything off...…

I am not personally a fan of low carb..i mean everyones body is different I haven’t had a problem losing weight by just eating normally and in moderation and also by what mfp recommends…and I think that is the best way..if you went low carb for a while as soon as your body eats normal carbs again you will retain more water…

hey , i completed it last week and enjoyed it so much i continued it ...I lost 6 pounds and toned up alot...its a great work out.very effective and has made me stronger.Also its only half an hour so if u have a hectic schedule u can always squeeze it in! . Enjoy and Goodluck!
