You could be underestimating your intake and over estimateing your exercise calories. Also when you first start exercising, especially strenghth training, your body will retain water. This will go away as you get stronger.

In the beginning I tracked as I ate to get a feel for how I was doing. Now I usually do it in the evening. I try to track throughout the if I eat more than usual or if I have spare time.

Even the acrylic ones cause damage. Be careful.

Don't do it. I see a lot of broken teeth because of them and it's always close to the front where you can see it.

Don't give up. I feel your pain. My binging is the late afternoon when i get to sit down and take a break from a busy day. I don't crazy binge, but enough to blow my calories. It's hard because i love breads and cereals. I have gotten better with my choices i eat and it is keeping the calories down. Will definitely check…

Don't worry that you haven't used MFP for awhile. Just start over with small goals that you can acheive. You can do it. Make sure to get enough calories so you're not hungry and aim to move alittle more everyday.

Juicing is a mess and I prefer smoothies (blending the whole fruit). You get more fiber and stay full longer. Also, I came across a website for "green thickies", and I started adding a little uncooked ground oatmeal (grind in a small grinder) to my smoothies. What a difference. Keeps me full until lunch. Yummly has some…

I agree with everyone else. Eat a few more calories, it's better for you and more sustainable in the long run. You are lossing fat and gaining muscle. You are getting healthier. In the beginning, muscle retains a little water as it adapts to the increase in execise. Be proud of your success and hang in there.

Great job. You look amazing. Keep up the good work.

You are logging your calories. That's a great start. You have a lot of packaged food and not much real food. Looks like you don't like to cook. No problem. Just make a few changes. Switch out some of the processed high sodium, high calorie foods for apples, carrots. ect. If you make a few switches to more nutritionally…

It is the walls of your stomach rubbing together.

I agree.

The P90 and Julian Michael worksouts are great for toning and burning calories. They are easy on my joints too. I am not a huge yoga fan, but I have friends who like it.

How much do you weigh now and how much do you want to loose?

I am only 5' tall. I lost 2 pounds (which really shows on short people). I ate better, did Ripped in 30 four days a week and walked in the evenings. I ate back my exercise calories. The visual change was not huge. The biggest change was in the way my jeans fit. I also felt more toned, slept better and had more energy. It…

Welcome. This is a great site. I log on a couple of times a day and it really keeps me focused. When I see my calories, it motivates me to work out so I can enjoy a little extra food in the evening or make up for a little extra I had during the day. I use the ap on my phone a lot and love the weekly tallies. Consistancy is…

I love Julian Michaels and P90. Great full body toning and conditioning DVDs. No time for the gym.

Keep going. You are heading in the right direction by toning your muscles. Add a little more cardio for body fat reduction. Unfortunately you can not spot reduce. As you continue to tone the butt will eventually show results.

Auger style is the way to go. Omega makes great juicers. You want one that goes slow to prevent nutrition loss from the heat created by high speed juicers. You can save the left over pulp for salads to prevent waste and get your fiber. See some of John Kohlers videos or go to www.living-foods.com. He's pretty informative.

It's sooo hard. Just work to break even. Try to sqeeze in some sort of quick workout and strength training. Don't go to these parties hungry and aim for the lighter stuff. Stay away from the margarita's and blended drinks- way too many calories. BYOB if you want to keep the calories low or mix your wine with diet Sprite.…

Running burns more calories and boosts your metabolism even after you are done.

Continue to eat the fruit, just in limited amounts or mix the with a fat or protein to slow the rise in blood sugar. Berries, citrus and other fruits are extremely high in nutrients and antioxidants.

Congradulations on the weight loss. What's important is that you are 20lbs healthier. Keep up the good work and stay motivated. Everything else will will fall in line later.

Congradulations on the compliment. Let that be your motivator to eat healthy and stay on track.

Don't give up. This is a great site for motivation. I agree, meal planning helps a lot. Try not to diet. It's too hard to maintain such low calorie restrictions and sets you up for failure. Also, plan healthy snacks that won't blow the calorie budget. I know it's hard, but you can do it. I strugggle too and find that I do…

Planning ahead is definitely key. Shop smart. Keep plenty of low cal snacks around so if you get a craving, you won't rack up a bunch of unhealthy calories. Hang in there. It's hard for all of us.
