Thanks for the advice on the activity level. I did change my activity and I am hoping to see a difference. Today is a new day and I will not focus on the scale just results and getting healthier:smile:

I have been drinking gnc properformance protein shakes before workouts and when I don't have time to eat. It always says I'm over my protein for the day.

I'm in my current weight is 164 so I will be looking at 9 to lose. I need the motivation.
