Day 6 week 1 complete!

It's going to be a day 6 week 1 for me. Btw, just finished my 30 DS last night. I owe it to my co shredders that's why I 'd make sure I made it through.

day 2 level 1 for week 1 done. I must say this workout level1 is a lot easier than 30DS or maybe my body is adjusted in harder workout. But i so love it too!

Day 26 level 3 done, 4 more days. I actually mix it up with ripped in 30, I am so dripping in sweat.We started it today thats why I need to doubled up my routine. Very nice. Keep it up. Today starts my day 3.It's morning in my place coz I live here in Philippines.Had a good breakfast which is my favorite peanut butter sandwich and a cup of coffee. Looking forward to do my exercise tonight.

I had never exercised for 3 days. but i'm good now to be back on track. my food intake seems to be OK.

Thanks Mel, I feel a lot better now, Being able to workout do wonders on me,It improves me. I don't feel so much pain on my period anymore. but still due to heavy flow I still cant workout. I want to correct my level, it is level 3 not 6. lol I'l be back on track tomorrow.

day 24 level 3 done tonight. One of the best thing happened in sticking with this 30 DS was some of my jeans that have been kept for a long time, I can now wear them. Plus I feel stronger than before.

I'm getting so excited on Ripped in 30. I have never been so committed into any workout routine before. Thanks to my co shredders it help to me stay on track. My day was never complete without 30 DS. I'll be doing my day 23 level 3 tonight.
