Do not be discouraged. It has happened to me many times in my many weight loss journeys. Remember that your body fluctuates on a daily basis. Many factors could of made this possible such as water intake (or lack of), exercise, stress, etc. Remember that you DIDNT GAIN and that's more important than not losing anything for…

When I read this, I see excuses. Anyone is capable of change. I LOVE eating better, it makes me feel amazing. You are making excuses for yourself by saying you were destined to be fat, only YOU can change that

I went out with my whole family last night for Chinese and had sesame chicken, steamed rice, wonton soup, and a few crab rangoons. You said you eat healthy all week, treat yourself every now and then on the weekends, as long as you know it wont steer you off course. I say, eat what you want sometimes..

Lots of factors; hormones changes, water retention, sodium intake. Just because you're.not eating junk doesn't necessarily mean you're eating the right foods.. you need a healthy, balanced diet

I just upper mine last week from 1200 to 1400. I didn't want to eat the bare minimum of calories anymore, and I really only increased it by like, a snack.

5 pounds in one week is a big loss for someone who is only 149.. it sounds a little unhealthy. I started at 193 my first week and lost 4 pounds, but I'm much larger than you.. bigger people lose it quicker in the beginning.. You will be able to tell after 10 pounds, but I think you're reading into it too much.. how do you…
