At random times of the day, I'll get the sudden urge to go "run" a few miles on the elliptical! I love it!

I always either scan the barcode in from my phone when I'm creating a new food, or I make sure I double check with nutrition labels on the brand's websites.

I NET around 1200 on days I work out. I don't always eat ALL of my exercise calories back, but I try to eat back as much as I can. If MFP says you need to eat 1200 calories/day and you work out, ALWAYS net close if not more than 1200!

I ALWAYSSSSS feel bloated :( When I feel extra puffy I drink plenty and plenty of water! Usually helps most days

I honestly would rather count my calories and do low-cal options than low-carb. I feel like you're more limited on low-carb foods, especially if you love pasta like I do! You can eat anything you want with a low-cal plan.

Honestly, I go to the gym. Afterwards, I'm beat, but an hour after I'm done with a workout, I have SO much energy!

I belonged to PF for a few years and hated it. It was cheap, but they didn't offer ANYTHING like classes, or special workouts or anything.

Protein! Fills me up WAY more than regular yogurt! Greek yogurt is my favorite!

I try my very best to log a day in advance.. I pre-pack all snacks and lunches for the next day. They sound so delicious at night, then I get to work and I'm like "UGH I do NOT want this today".

Like everyone else said, with only 10 pounds to lose, 2 pounds a week would be too fast. Up your calories a little bit (slow and steady is the best way to lose and keep it off). Are you actually hungry or are you just wanting food, because those are two totally different things. Hunger for me is when my belly starts…

When I shop for healthier foods, I definitely spend more money. It's more expensive to buy fresher items.

Log it. I used to not log when I would cheat cause I'd be embarrassed of going over. I was cheating myself, because now I log everything to hold myself accountable. Next time, check out the serving size and pre-portion them! Eating straight from the bag is a death sentence!!! But like everyone else said, don't get too down…

Well, you don't really want to make either a habit. But if you're daily caloric intake is set at 1200, then please, by all means, choose going over before going under!!! 1200 is the bare minimum of what you should be eating. So if you're working out, make sure you're hitting a net calorie of at LEAST 1200.

Well it doesn't sound as if you're retaining, because typically when I retain, I drink a **** ton of water to flush it all out then I'm peeing all damn day! How big is the bump? Maybe you should see your doctor?

I too overindulge when eating at restaurants, but enjoying your meal and overindulging are too different things. Look at the menu online first and plan ahead. You and I got into this debate yesterday lol. Fortunately, I saw your point. My body is so accustomed to being fueled first thing in the morning that if I ever tried to skip breakfast, I'd be dying by 10am. I need a substantial meal to provide energy for MY body to power through my morning.

Please always count your fruits and veggies, many contribute to sugar intake, calorie intake, etc. COUNT EVERYTHING!! This was a big mistake I made, but I'm trying really hard to track EVERY morsel I put in my mouth!

MFP even tells me if I'm eating under 1200 and complete my diary that I will send my body into starvation mode. I don't pay much attention as like you said, I do what works best, but I will make sure that my Net consumption is at LEAST 1200. I think I'll be in a safe range there.

I just started incorporating exercise, so not really. I would like to invest in a HRM at some point to ensure accuracy, but I try to eat a little less than my exercise calories allow for that reason. When I do cardio, I log exactly what the machines at the gym say when I get off of them! :)
