My running clothes, my weekday running shoes (I have 3 pairs for different uses), towel and shower stuff. My arm band for my galaxy note ii, yarbuds, hair ties and brush, gym id, sunblock. Makeup, I run on lunch at work and often schedule 2:00 meetings. I keep my gym bag at the office and rotate the clothes in everyday. Oh and a plastic bag for my sweaty things.

My gym supplies all towels, soap, shampoo, deodorant, razors, hairdryers, etc so I never have to worry about those.

I don't have one. I just put on the clothes, head to the gym with only my wallet which I keep in the locker at the gym. Am I weird?

This is what I do too, except without the wallet. I put on clothes, drive over and leave my purse in the car and only take in my water bottle, that has a carabiner that I hook my keys to. When I'm trying a new class or cardio thing I bring my inhaler with me, hooked onto my water bottle.

Last year I used at-work gym in the evening, showered at home, and mostly only used cardio equipment, so:
Gym clothes (dry-weave stuff and white socks), running shoes, padlock, water bottle, Propel (electrolyte powder), zipper bags for pocket contents (wallet, keys, etc.) to stay in locker, MP3 player and earbuds, knee/ankle braces (only used if needed to finish workout, rare), hand/face towel, and beach towel for rare occasion that I used weight machines (saves time vs. using A/B wipes).

I haven't been to the gym since I bought a new treadmill in Nov., but I will start going again just for strength training. At that time, I will add the following items: shaker bottle with protein shake, lifting gloves, extra towel(s), HRM (didn't have last year), BP machine (have issues with low BP, especially after intense cardio), log book (if I feel is quicker/easier on-the-spot vs. an app).

    A towel

    Shoes

I think that's about it, I don't shower at gym and I change clothes at home usually.

i go from home to gym then from gym straight to work so here's mine:
-small "day" bag, with purse, keys, earphones (i take that *into* the gym area, they don't allow big bags in there).
-small toiletries bag with travel size bottles of body wash, conditioner, body lotion, brush, deoderant, baby powder, lock, extra scrunchies.
-small makeup bag - small jar of moisturizer, eye shadow, mascara, lip balm, lip gloss
    -towel
    -water bottle
    -clothing for work
    -flip flops for shower

on days that i go to the pool i also take a swim suit, cap, goggles

I wear my sneakers from home to gym and from gym to work and i change into normal shoes at work.

I go over the bag every evening, replenish what needs to be replenished, change out smelly clothing for clean, etc.
