1200 is the bare minimum you should be eating, its important to stay as close to that number as possible. I imagine you burn a lot of calories back doing 30 DS, which I assume you're not eating back.. incorporate healthy fats like nuts, almonds, peanut butter. You need to fuel your body

Will it be so bad that I wont be able to do it the next day due to soreness??

For those of you that are saying you bet my sodium is high, its really not.. sure I have processed foods every now and then (ive restricted frozen meals to once a week, cut me some slack!! One a week is not the reason why I'm not losing) but if you look at my diary, I only went over my sodium a few days since starting. I…

I do drink water all day, I just never remember to track it

My BMR is 1598 I think.. I'm not currently working out, but I burn a lot of calories chasing after 9 2-year oles at work everyday for 8 hours.. regardless, I'm taking in WAYYYY less calories than I did prior to this, I should be losing something...

I need to start buying fresh fish.. cod is wonderful!! I like my fish with barely anything on it. I like a lot of lemon, cracked pepper, and a TINY bit of melted butter, however ive been substituting that for olive oil. Tum!! Fish is my new favorite, have always loved it but I'm eating it multiple times a week now. I'm…

I have a lot to lose too, but id be pumped about that loss, you didn't gain and that's what's important!

When I have stomach issues, I do the BRAT diet Banana Rice (white) applesauce Toast

Fish is excellent for you.. I didn't see any fruits either..?? You can do a lot with chicken.. make a healthy stir fry, make a low sodium soup.. And 2 pounds in 2 weeks is fantastic, I don't know why you're complaining about that while some of us are only losing .5 (for example) here and there..

I also obsess over the scale as well, weighing myself at least twice a day, then I ***** and moan at night when I'm a pound heavier.. ugh
-
I did WW 3 times, id rather do MFP. I find that spending 20 minutes a day calculating points is tedious, this is much easier and fun!
-
I really don't know if this is going to make a difference, but I'm expecting my monthly friend any day now...

I rarely ever go over my sodium limit, and I DO most of the time go over my protein limit, maybe not everyday.. but quite a bit.
-
I really don't care, id like to tone, but more worried about losing the 30 pounds first.. I just want to be thinner
-
My first 4 pounds were most likely water weight since I cut my sodium intake in half. PLEASE LOOK AT MY DIARY IF IT HELPS!
-
I do Saturday mornings since I do super all week! And it keeps me focused all weekend

I guess when I think of working out, I think of the gym.. would wii boxing or tennis be ok?? I have the danceling games too... that way, I can do it alone, in the comfort of my own home
-
I scheduled a free training session when I signed up, warned the trainer that I cannot work out hard, and he kicked my *kitten*.. I was crawling up the stairs when I got home.. I refuse to work out like that.. its not practical for me right now. I need to start off slow. I'm also afraid of gaining the 4 pounds I lost last…

I should probably mention that I do NOT have A desk job; I'm a toddler teacher and I chase arounsd 9 2-year olds everyday for 8 hours. So I'm not just sitting around all day. Hence why I'm exhausted after work.
-
I really don't need you to tell me I'm making excuses. I'm not. I'm telling you its physically difficult for Me to exercise at the gym.. please don't tell me that I'm making excuses. It does not make me feel better.
-
I just get so tired at the gym.. I have no energy after work (cant go before) and I never know what to even do once I'm there.. I don't know how to.properly work out
