I use smart ones for lunch & dinner. There salt content is pretty high but i dont eat alot of salt otherwise so im not usually over 1800 mg. I love how convieniet they are and I dont have time to cook 2 meals a night so they come in handy for me. Love them!

I find the same thing. I worked out yesterday for 50 minutes on the treadmill said 350, MFP said 450 but my HRM said 678. :S

I have a home gym so i do the 30 day shred and then hop on the treadmill for 45 minutes. Her Videos are good but they just dont seem like enough of a workout. I do the video 5-6 times a week.

I was thinking the same thing that last couple of days! I see the scale going down but to me im still as big as I was when i started my jouney. Its nice to know im not crazy and other people feel the same way.
