I have super sensitive skin and have stayed away from sunblock because of rashes. You should try looking for Titanium oxide or zinc oxide for main ingredient. I need my space when I sleep. I'm also a kicker and blanket hogger. Luckily my husband works night shift and we have opposite sleeping schedules most days in a week. It makes our marriage work.

My husband drinks his protein shakes immediately post workout, especially lifting. He will occasionally drink one during the day if he hasn't eaten enough protein through his meals. Personally to me, eating my protein tastes more delicious than drinking it :)

OMG i have this problem. I was writing a recipe that used greek yogurt. I KNOW the 365 brand greek yogurt exists in the database but disappears when I try to add the ingredient to a recipe. It is really annoying. I end up choosing another entry that has similar nutrients.

I find that a small glass (6oz) of V8 everyday in the morning will make me regular. I don't like the taste, so I usually gulp it down quickly and follow with water. Look for the low sodium one! It takes a few days to get your body used to the "schedule" but it works for me!

I have a similar opinion. My husband works night shift, so he generally has opposite meal schedule than me and he is losing plenty of weight because he is watching his diet and exercise. I cannot eat after 8pm. If I do, then I become lazy and won't do my workout for the night.

I work out 5 days a week for 30 mins. The other 2 days I usually play volleyball for 3 hours a day. I just finished a 4 week exercise program and took a few days break. But now I'm ready to get back into it. I used to never be an exercise person but it's starting to grow on me.

I don't understand why people would steal lunches. I don't know how it prepared and if it was prepared in a hygienic fashion. It's just gross to me. Maybe I could understand packaged foods, but then that's just rude! This is why I keep my lunch in an insulated bag with an ice pack at my desk.

I've been using Fitness Blender videos. They are free and there's a section on Low Impact workouts. The difficulty level is pretty low though, I think they're meant for people who are just starting to workout.

Is your office building large? I walk in circles around all the hallways in the winter when it's too cold to go outside for a walk. I also try to stand/pace for all of my teleconferences that don't require me to look at my computer.

I tried out the chia seeds this morning, mostly to get more fiber into my diet. I'm not sure if I ate too much (1 tablespoon) but it's making my belly feel weird. Is this the "full" feeling? Doesn't certainly feel like a normal "full" feeling. And it gets stuck in my teeth too! even if I mix it with water.
