Any great sunscreen recommendations for someone prone to freckles and burning but also suffers from sensitive skin?

I have super sensitive skin and have stayed away from sunblock because of rashes. You should try looking for Titanium oxide or zinc oxide for main ingredient. These are physical blockers versus the others are chemical blockers. A reaction occurs on your skin to block out the UV rays. It is more likely to cause reactions I've been told. I went to my dermatologist who gave me a few samples of different brands. See if you can get samples and try them in inconspicuous locations like your neck or jaw line. I've tried Coppertone for babies (good), aveeno for babies (not good for me), clinique (good for awhile but then turned not good). Regular coppertone gives me rashes but the baby one is good. I'll go through this every summer trying to find one that works. It's a sad life for us.0

Have you tried Neutrogena? They have a sensitive formula but it warns that you may not be able to use it on or around your face. Also there is Honest Suncreen, and the few reviews I've seen on it were good.
