I kinda like eating....1200 is good for me. If I exercise, it is no big deal, and I do lose weight. I am trying to exercise 1-1 1/2 hours every day including weights and some Latin dancing. Fun! Gotta make it fun!

I ate Mexican chicken fajitas with Mex. rice and a huge pile of cooked carrots. I actually did lunch and dinner the same. Breakfast was 2 egg whites scrambled with pico de gallo scrambled in it. Yum!
