That I come from a really low socio economic background worked my butt to be the first person to graduate uni. I now have a great job, have travelled the world and experienced things that most people in my family have never dreamed.

I do this all the time as well. Picked it up from boot camp and now take my friends out for tabata sessions I do 8 different exercises with the 8 sets each exercise. I agree. i used to drink 6 -7 nights a week as I worked in a bar etc, not while working but afterwards. I now only drink twice a week if that, mainly just once a week. On big workout days I eat alot and often. On standard days, I wont have ansmany snacks, whereas on a big workout day I will eat alot of snacks, fruit, muesli bars, crackers, nuts etc. If I dont do this I find I cant work as hard during my workout sessions.

When Im stressed I love to go to a boxing or kickboxing class. It always makes me feel better to hit something really hard, gets rid of a bit of pent up anger too.

After a shower whilst getting ready to go out. I usually crank the music to get pumped and dance around like no one is watching. Or that first moment that my partner sees me after I walk out and Im all ready.

I log everything Im going to eat for the day in the morning or the night before. Then I try to stick to it. It also encourages me to not eat extra bad food as I have to go back in and log more. I also find that 9 times out of 10 if I dont log before I eat then I overeat.
