I just got a cheapo pair that have that ear shape to them, dont know what its called. However I used them ages sometimes they woudl work, sometimes they wouldnt until I realised that I wasnt putting them into the right side ear!! Pretty silly but something worth checking.

Yeah I did think it was huge. However I found once I gave it a go I could actually do it. And if you have to, slow down. It's alot easier when you dont think about it as much, and by the time you get to the end of your 3 min break you will be rested again.

Whatever you make for dinner, make an extra portion and take it the leftovers for lunch. I love it, its filling and way better than anything else i would "make" especially for lunch.

I wear sunscreen all the time. Even with sunscreen my skin can go quite brown due to my heritage. But i wear it becuase i dont want wrinkles! I have a protein shake. I cant drink chocolate milk becuase im lactose intolerant so this is the best thing and as its the closest thing I can get to a chocolate milkshake it tastes pretty darn delicious!

I use a heart rate monitor to get my cals. All the cardio days burn alot more cals for me then the strength training days. I dont follolw the nutrition plan exactly but definitely eat healthily and have upped my cals. Good Luck

I just use balsamic vinegar. Really low cal and delicious.

Maybe you are at your goal weight but your aren't toned and these are all the jiggly bits that you see. I am 800 grams from my goal weight and now concentrating on strength training. Might be worth looking into if that is the case.

Im 5'4 but there is a womens strength training group on here. I just started P90X but I try lift heavy as well.

Im supposed ot be doing Week 6 Day 3 tomorrow but I start P90x. I am going to be swapping out my plyo and kenpo days on P90 x for running until I finish C25K. Dont want to give up when I am so close to finishing. If I feel up to it, I might try and do both on "easier" days.

Also the fitter you get the less cals you burn. As you get fitter you recover faster and your Heart rate drops faster in rest periods. I talked to my PT about this and she said its normal.
