I picked my goal weight by using the middle range of my BMI. I was in the healthy range but at the very top end of it.

I use the podrunner interval training. I personally love the music although not everyone does. What I like the best is that the BPM is what your running/walking should be. So it stops me from going to slow and keeps me motivated. All I have to do is concentrate on the beat

I am now only 2 kilos off my goal weight and the best week that I have had recently was one where I ate all of my exercise cals back. I did work out five times that week but it was definitely the best since I have gotten so close to the weight I want to be.

Definitely dont give up beer! Try a few of the lower cals beers though. There are some that I HATE. And then there are some that I love.

I am exactly the same! But I think thats because Im trying really hard not to be that girl that just talks about calories and exercise with my friends. My MFP friends though a whole other story! Thats what everyone is here for.

Im on week two and my second run is today. I dont really want to carry my iphone with me while running, so I usually run a track and then use google maps to figure out how far i have run.

I;ve been doing this for about 3 months now and the hardest month was the first. After a while it becomes second nature and I now have to force myself to eat 1200 (due to making healthier food options) or I work out before I have something naughty. Which website are you using. I use the podrunner tracks. http://www.djsteveboy.com/1day25k.html There are then links that you click on and a dialogue box will open, that you select save.

What mp3 player do you have. I download the files onto my computer. Then add the file to my itunes library and sync from there.

Why do our parents teach us as children to play and be fair, only to tell us when we hit our teenage years. That life isn't fair. That one cracks me up. Mum and i talk about it all the time.

You have great will power. I never turn down free food. EVER.

If you have time I usually alternate cardio and weights. That way I can go as hard as I can, and can do cardio on my rest day the next day. Of course if you dont have the time to do it that wont work.
