Hey guys... sorry I haven't weighed in lately. Been working some crazy hours and just havent had the energy to do much else... getting back into the gym this week because I definitely want to meet my goal!

I am still the same this week but haven't been to the gym as much as I normally am... new work schedule so I'm having to change my gym times around a little but I just have to make myself go!!!

Monday Weigh in... a little late! SW 220 8/22 216.4 8/29 215.0 9/5 214.2 9/12 - didn't weigh this week... I didn't go to the gym at all last week and had a horrible week. I'm a little scared to weigh in and worried I will think I have "failed" if I have gained weight... sounds crazy but at least I'm honest lol!

well I was up not quite a whole pound.... went from 216.4 to my CW of 217.2 I didn't go to the gym at all this weekend and hardly drank any water so I know that has a lot to do with it... Gotta work my butt off (literally) this week!

Okay here's the weigh in... down from last week thankfully!!! CW 202 Not quite to where I was the first week i weighed in but i'm getting there. My downfall is calorie tracking. I LOVE working out so that isn't a problem... but I LOVE food just as much!!! And I love fattening food... sad day :( but i'm working on it!!!

I'm with you. My goal is to walk 400 miles by Dec. 31st. I made a ticker at tickerfactory.com so i could track my miles... you can see it in my signature. Anyways, i figured i normally walk 3 miles 3 times a week but if i walk 3 miles 4 times a week or at least walk 12 miles a week, this is easily do-able. Glad to have…

Thanks for all the advice guys. I really didn't think twice about it until a girl I work out with said she was worried about me only eating those for meals all the time. so then i thought maybe it was bad to do that. But i figured as long as i ate fresh veggies, fruits and met my calorie goals then it would be fine.
