that's good to hear, you're in the advantage that by having just put it on it should fly back off, if you'll do anything to get there do the right thing 7kg loss is fantastic as for excersize anything is good, push yourself forward, make your ambition to be back to your old self and it will happen without drugs you don't…

take the advice or don't but bottom line you're not doing the right thing by taking them. also i can't remember where i read it but iirc the average coma patient requires 1200 calories a day so unless you're in a coma and have a very slow metabolism you need more than 1000 calories a day

my best advice to you would be, you've fought this far, you need to dig deep and do this the right way, excersize and a good diet will see you back to your normal self in 6 months without tablets the biggest side effect of this drug is a psychological dependence not to mention rebound weight gain (ie when you come off it…

another one that gets me on this is why people care so much what other people are doing... and in the grand scheme of things... this isn't even close to bad infact it's laughable that "unmentionables" are shocking and the only gripe in peoples lives there are people killing each other all the time, drug dealers and much…

another one for walking here, set a certain distance say.... 10 miles, time yourself and keep trying to improve your time add this to a decent diet and you'll see the pounds fly off

as above really 6 portions is the same as 3 or 4, but needs must.... one sandwich if skimped on filling is roughly 200 calories, protein rich foods are low calorie so a normal chicken salad with low calorie dressing would be around 200 calories, yoghurt, a 400ml skimmed milk protein shake is under 200 calories iirc a very…

if you're in reasonable health, a weeks rest with high protein intake will see you repaired in no time, the more you pull/tear it the worse it will get, keep it active, light walking, few gentle stretches and like i say it should heal up in a week, to be on the safe side the following week don't push too hard, or do over…

i don't understand how this is possible myself mine is usually well under, infact sometimes i add salt to chips just to get a bit extra every now and then, and that's at 4000 calories a day, stay away from foods with salt in lol it's not difficult in the slightest :S

as everyone else has said, i tend to go for between heavy and light at 10 reps to failure and find it keeps something solid there instead of what i call "blubbery muscles" it's taking longer but so far i'm really happy with the results, my chest and arms are getting bigger and solid :D

mint chocolate protein shake 400ml = 420 calories with full fat milk, could be less than 300 with skimmed milk though, in theory you could have one early and another about 11 and save two bigger meals for 3/4pm and 7/8pm and up your protein to a decent level in the process, i recommend PHD synergy for taste

pass sorry

go and excersize if you've over eaten by 500 calories a fast paced walk for an hour would burn it off
