I agree with others. You are not eating enough. Your NET calories should be no less than your BMR.

I am 5' 11" and weigh 156. I weigh myself every morning at the same time when I wake up before eating - I was told long ago that by doing so I would be able to spot issues immediately and then take appropriate action. I have opened up my food journal if that would provide some further insight. Thanks all!
