Meal Suggestions
I want t keep within 2,000 calories/day and avoid as much as possible, starches and sugars. I'm OK with 2 fruits per day. I don't have any friends on this board so I assume that I cannot view daily menu's of MFP members. Any suggestions for meals during the day? Thanks for your feedback. :laugh:

Goal Calories vs BMR Calories
I understand that BMR calories are what you need to consume just to support your basic needs while goal calories take into consideration your activity level. What number do I want to consider to maintain my weight and not cause my metabolism to slow down? Thanks for the feedback.:laugh:
