Calorie Consumption - Newbie

I know that this has been asked hundreds of times and I'm just not getting it so maybe if I provide you with my info it will sink in.
I have reached my weight loss goal and just want to maintain. My BMR is 1,531 calories and yesterday I consumed 2,117 calories. MFP says that I was 1,373 calories under (I guess based on my activity level). My weight has been fairly stable and I generally feel satisfied from a hunger standpoint. So am I eating enough or will the calorie deficit I experience on a daily basis ultimately be harmful?
