I have a warm up on the cross trainer first from half a hour, work a good sweat up and then do the DVD. It seems to be getting easier, I have no aches or pains but the pushups are not my thing, been able to do the modified ones but only 2 or 3 full pushups, going to keep having a good go at them :)

Day 3 for me :) Did it with not too much trouble and no longer aching. Is everyone going to take a day off once a week or go right through? Also.... Sorry about this question, when is labour day? I'm in the UK ;)

Feeling exactly the same! Did day 2 this morning and my arms and shoulders are feeling like jelly. I did think the weights I have were not heavy enough but I now know they are ok. What weights are you guys using? Mine are 1 kg (2.2lb)

At certain times of the month I'm like that. I find a chilli raw helps or just takes my mind off it, not sure which as I'm trying to put out the fire LOL! If that fails I have berries and natural yogurt, this seems to fill me up.

I would be very interested in the reply's you get with this. I'm trying HIIT every other day, using a treadmill. I'm warming up for 10 mins then sprinting for 45 seconds at about 13MPH, then my rest is 6MPH for 1 min. I'm trying to get in 20 repeats but can only make 15 most days. I'm unsure if this is classed a HIIT.

I was always told red wine is good for you due to tannins, but only in moderation, 1 or 2 glasses a day. I used to share a bottle every evening with my husband, have reduced now to only Friday and Saturday as a treat. Would really miss it if I couldn't have a glass or 2 at weekends.

On the whole I enjoy walking but I am trying to get some muscle tone built so I have a quick jog every now and again. I also like to raise my heart rate to get a little after burn in. It's all down to how much you want to push yourself, how much time you have and personal choose. Good luck with your journey.

I have not starved myself for about 4 years, just only been eating 1 huge meal a day in the evening :(
