Not all vegetables are created equally. It also depends upon what the veggie is made of. The Atkins website has a list of veggies and their carb count. Carrots are on the no-no list.

My doctor stated for my body type and frame size (medium) I should be at 160. I'd be happy with 170. I have the number 170 posted all over the house.

My goal this month is to exercise every day. Minimum 30 minutes. Nothing fancy, just a fast walk. I purged my cabinets of tempting foods and have already incorporating eating well. If I get into the habit and stick with exercising every day, I will treat myself to a gym membership to an upscale gym.

I still have that problem too however, Dr. Oz suggested stop eating after 7:30 pm. I guess we are going to have to do it cold turkey. Chew on a straw, suck on some water through a straw, anythign to keep the mouth busy.
