No ones hurting my feelings. All take all the suggestion anyone has to offer. I know I need to really pund out the water and suggetions on high calorie good foods would be great.

I don't pay attetnion to soduim due to the sweat factor in hot yoga the temp is 105. As far as the sugar by the end of the day I have so many calories left it's hard to get them in withouteating high calorie foods. According to MFP I am carb deficient almost every day. So don"t worry about the protien?

I really feel like core power yoga is also a muscle builder. so I don;t worry tomuch about the lifting. .
