i have cut out dairy just bc i realized that im allergic in the fact that my body produces lots of mucus. i thought i was allergic to other things but i took a nutrition class and when we had to stop dairy i noticed i felt a lot better. do whats right for you!

yea im at 2 and some days im STARVING still and i sometimes will binge bc i get so mad. but somewhere in my dumb head 1lb a week seems like nothing then im like WAIT im barely losing anything now.

DONT EAT EXERCISE CALORIES. while losing weight you are trying to lose weight..and you worked out to burn more not to eat more.........................im no expert but it never helped me lose.

yes start small also maybe lower your expectations...for a week put your goals at half a pound loss....then if your good with that after a week or 2 then bump it to 1lb a week..it took me 3 weeks to really adjust and get the hang of it..but i lost 5lbs in that time so i was like ok cool this works haha

AT LEAST YOU DIDNT GAIN..a pound lost is a pound lost. you have to get your head in it too. slow and steady wins the races an if you look at other posts it took some people over a year or even 2 yrs to lose 40-50lbs. i dont encourage comparing yourself but just to put it in perspective. BREATHEEEE

honestly it has changed....years ago i used to work out with a sweatshirt on. now i prefer it freezing bc i can go so much faster and longer working out. either way i break a sweat.

GET A MASSAGE!!!!! 2cups of Epsom salts in a warm bath for how ever long you want at least 15 mins.. drink tons of water. it is just lactic acid build up. a light soothing massage would help

its not bad however there are healthier things especially water..drink water before your meals and you will be fuller. also most grocery stores have club soda that you can put a few lemon/lime drops in like sprite except healthier.
