Hey so for all of you who work out and lift: This may be a dumb question but Is it just as effective to use the machines at the gym opposed to having a personal trainer? Also is it better to focus on specific body parts vs daily doing the same like 10 things? and whats a good length of time recc for working out per day?

restaurant portion size
i just admitted to myself that i cant throw food away when im at a restaurant. people say box ur food but i end up snacking on the way home. does anyone else have this issue or recommendations? thanks!

fitbit and the gym
with my fitbit i get around 12-14000 steps a day without going to the gym so walking to and from work, walking the dog, etc. if i do go to the gym i find im really hungry that my 1lb a week calorie limit isnt enough. does anyone have one if so what do you do focus on steps or gym daily?

What is your best advice for someone who has 20-25lb weight to lose? it is a struggle and i am quickly put in my place when i read the 100+ lbs to lose or lost.
