Do u eat when youre not hungry. ..meaning do u listen to your body at every meal or do u go by your usual schedule so if im not hungry ill eat my regular breakfast of 400 cals or whatever? If not then what? Bc all days are different but if u dont eat sometimes later im even more hungry..this is a struggle and then u have people saying contradicting things. Please help. Thanks!
Also what do u do on the days u are still quite hungry even after u ate your days worth? obv assuming u dont do it every day?

In my experience, I think it's best to eat before hunger sets in so you are less tempted to eat more. That seems to work for me.0

Never eat if you're not hungry, unless you're trying to gain weight on MFP instead of losing. There are people on here that need or want to gain weight. It's not easy for them either.0

If I didn't eat when I was hungry I would hardly eat, as it is I find it hard to eat very often and still forget to a lot.0

I don't eat if I'm not hungry. I'm reasonably in tune with my calorie needs though, so it would be different for someone with an ED or a "hard gainer" in a bulk, for example.0

Your profile states that you have lost 20 pounds on MFP before and then gained it all back. If you were able to eat intuitively, you would have been able to keep the weight off. My advice is to meet your calorie and macro goals while you lose the weight again. Then keep logging while in maintenance until you have a good idea of what you need to eat to maintain.
Meeting your calories can be done in ways that don't make you feel stuffed. Calorie dense foods can help with this. Good luck.0 -

I eat when I'm hungry, which is generally not such a good thing when I've had too much chocolate...0

I stick to a eating routine during the work week and eat when not hungry. I eat at 6a 9a 11a 330p 6p 8p. I find that if i miss a snack meal or even a delayed time from normal meal I get extremely hungry. Especially breakfast.0
