same. my husband is a great cook too! what gets me is all of december when people bring the best cookies and sweets ever into the office. my will power has been known to get weaker and weaker by the day and the more i see the "goodies"

perfect thanks and no i dont have a scale but i will get one. i do measure sometimes it gets tedious but then i overeat and feel *kitten* so i am quickly reminded why i do it. lol

Thanks! what everyone said helped a lot. i am also going to focus on eating more smaller meals maybe im letting my bloodsugar get too low idk. i drink tons of water and constantly chew gum esp at work or during my triggers. i will try to be more gentle as well about it but all this helped a lot! thanks!

what i do for eating out is go on the restaurants website for calories before we go to plan better. sometimes u can only eat half a burger and get broccoli instead of fries or just eat a couple fries or like others say dont eat but i find when i dont eat then i end up binging bc i cant stop bc i waited too long. message me…

For me I try to eat bfast lunch and dinner to aim for 500 cals each. Im not a snacker and I like to eat and be done with it. Sometimes my bfast isnt as big but ill eat an early dinner snack instead. Thanks I have tea and love it..it just slips my mind when im hungry. It does start a chain reaction. Ive tried saving up cals and it makes it worse. There are nights I dont eat much and im fine but then im like oh I still have 300 cals left I better eat them and the frenzy (good word) begins. Thanks.

usually i try my best to compare it to a name/store brand bc theres lots of thin crust pizzas maybe next time youre at the store just guesstimate size and toppings and go from there. no matter what even if we count every little piece of what we eat cals are NEVER EXACT. good luck :)
