Sorry but she is an idiot. I bet she is also the type to say " i don't have time to exercise, yet watches 2-3 hrs of tv a night" It might be a little more effort... but I think anyone who has a flat stomach and abs will tell you it takes work and a clean diet. Up hers, do not listen to negative people like that. You go get…

You will NEVER regret getting your butt to the gym for a workout, but you will ALWAYS regret later not going ( unless you are sick) Go in, get your gym session in.... and you will be thankful you did! These doubtful thoughts are old habits trying to come back, fight it off and go!

I hate the all the office treats as well. but I agree one donut is not going to "ruin" your diet for the day. I try to make sure I go to meetings with gum or a mint in my mouth... and I really try to only indulge in office junk when it is HOMEMADE.. that way I am enjoying a 'real" treat that is lower on preservatives and…

Hey I spent two Christmas's alone... both including New Years. I think the trick to it, is to keep yourself busy and occupied. Rent a few movies ( NOT SAPPY ones that will depress you), paint your toe nails... if you can volunteer somewhere that is the BEST! Treat your self to a nice hot cocoa and walk around the 24th and…

Hey Maybe before you come right out and ask her about her weight, maybe say something like: I've noticed you are not your happy/energetic self, is anything going on?

if you have made a REAL lifestyle change then you may no longer need it once you have hit and have been maintaining your goals, but if you have lost the weight through a "diet" and cannot maintain the loss, then maybe you should continue. I think some use mfp as a quick fix, without really looking at themselves to see what…

Show no reaction, and thank your lucky stars that she feels comfortable about asking you. 15 is old enough to have a period, so in my opinion she SHOULD be on birth control, but made clear that it does not mean she "should" have sex, but if it arises, then you are teaching her to be smart. Imagine this, if she is not able…

Sure it is cold, wet & annoying for driving sometimes... but when you live in a place that gets snow, generally you do not have to worry about anything else.. ie. hurricanes, tornados, eathquakes etc. just snow... so I like it Oh, if you do move- Invest in a Canada…
