Honestly, you should get the Insanity program... hit intensity interval training. If you follow the 60 day program and eat healthy.. your will have a much more firm & toned appearance. I completed it, lost 12lbs in 2 months... and my stomach is MUCH more firm!

You can resolve this by strength training now to tighten the look and feel of your body.. Pushups, weights, squats, kickboxing is AMAZING for tightening!

ABSOLUTE YAH! fyi..to avoid drowning you really need to turn your head more & breathe through your mouth. Netti-pot is one of the best things, aside from the magic bag that I have ever found.

I would not worry too much at all because 1. the smaller you are the harder it is to lose. 2. Remember, how long did it take you to put it on? it does not fall off overnight.. it can take some people 2 months to lose 5lbs. If you lose slow and steady by making healthy choices you will get there..

Stop eating processed foods... if you are eating whole grain, less processed foods- 1200-1400 cals is a LOT of food

my fiance did all you can at sushi ( 100 pieces alone) and 2 pieces of pie... no exercise and lost 1.5lbs the next day... like WTF??!! lol... being a women sucks sometimes! lol

I wake up at 5am... workout with pure cardio in AM 45min to an hour. Try moving your treadmill/eliptical infront of your tv if you have kids. You can still spend time and watch them, while you are exercising.

Try joining a weekly all female class of something that interests you, you will meet women similar to you.

Yes, now that I am smaller, if I decide to get a treat, cookie or something with my afternoon coffee, co-workers have said " oh, I thought you were on a diet?" or "oh, your allowed to eat that".. like I need to justify myself to them.
