I think it is good to keep watch of your sugar..specifically processed sugar.. if you have to unwrap it to eat it ( sugar wise) then I personally try to limit these items as mush as possible. I wake up at 5:10 4 days a week to grab a cardio session in the morning. The best thing to do is turn your coffee pot on as soon as your start, then when you are done it is hot, fresh and a welcome reward for your efforts. Everyone experiences this at some point. Can you drink a gree tea during the day? Can you lift weights for 10 minutes extra or add 10 minutes of cardio Be patient... as long as it is not going up... then enjoy your progress!!!

mash the bananas, then form into little balls, place on parchment paper and put in freezer for about two hours... once firm drizzle 85% melted dark cocoa on them and crushed unsalted walnuts... then place back in the freexer.. Your losing your "happy weight" the weight most people put on when the get comfortable in a relationship. If you can't eat for fear of throwing up, at least drink a protein shake or two to keep your body energized.

I would not focus too much on the scale... but I would suggest looking at your sugar intake... natural sugar or refined.... sugar keeps belly fat on.Tosca Reno has a whole section in her Eat Clean Diet books about how too much sugar, even natural sugar can hinder weight loss.
