Congrats on making a decision to join the military not to many people make that sacrifice. Thank you! You will be fine don't stress about it. Just work on push-ups, Sit ups and a 2 mile run, that will get you a long way. By the way I am Prior Army. Have fun, Good luck and be PROUD of the choice you made!! I am!

Count me in.. when i started my journy i needed to lose 30lbs to be realistic. The first month(august) i lost 11 lbs now its Oct and i am still only 11 lbs lighter. I will just have to work harder and eat even better to get rid of these stupid love handles!! Good luck everyone!!!

I was in hawaii serving in the Army as a MP... Woke up to a siren!! Turned on the TV and next thing i knew we were being alerted 24 hour security No one comes on base and noone leaves!!

I work out at 230 everyday for an hour.... I feels like i burn more in the afternoon then in the morning. I burn everything i ate in the morning and afternoon and i just watch what i eat in the evening.. I guess its just when you have time to do it and what benefits your body!

Me too.... Im 5'4 and a 150 lbs and i just started my diet today!! I Work from 8 to 5 and i manage to get the the gym everyday but my eating habits are awful!! I need some tricks to get my sweet tooth under control!! lol
