I'm 5'-2" and I would love to get back into all those size 7-8 jeans that are taking up space in my attic in the "skinny clothes" box.

I have the same problem. I have bunions and, if I'm up on my feet alot or try to walk for exercise, they kill me. I have switched to a stationary bike; at least until I lose enough weight that they won't bother me. Try soaking your feet in warm water with some epsom salts and take some ibuprofen for the pain.

Going through this tonight with my fam. They want pizza so I'm compromising. They can have their pepperoni pizza and I'll fix myself a lean cuisine pizza. That way I won't feel deprived of the joys of pizza and still not blow my program.:)

I use my 2 lbs hand weights to do curls, tricep extensions, presses etc. while I'm watching TV in the evening.

Thanks for the encouraging words. I have lost about 2 pant sizes. I am eating above my 1500 cal goal but with my exercise, my total calories are usually under goal.
