Ruffels chips and french onion dip. Mostly anything with salt. The worst part is mine last the whole week before my period. I have learned to control except the last two days...at that point if your in the way of the fridge I suggest you move! Also ripping off peoples heads is good too

I have a lap band and it does work. You still need to make the lifestyle change..no way around it but it does help the hunger feeling you get from dieting....I have been pretty successful with it this far but like I said you still have to be willing to change your lifestyle or it will not work

On my walks I always try to run. I get about halfway to the halfway mark of my goal. LOL
