I'm still not on the list either... I had a 7lb loss on the scale today - which equaled around 5lbs after the 2lb gain I had last week.... my burn is sitting at 2565 so far this week! woot!!:smile:

Met my burn today by swimming!! It was fun and refreshing yet a great workout all in one! I wish it was warm here all year round because swimming is for sure my exercise of choice! I'm excited to weigh in on Monday! I've only been at it for 2 days and I'm already dying to get on the scale! LOL

Thanks everyone!! I think I'll do what aa1440 said and throw them away and stick with MFP plan and with my walking 2 miles a day and the 30 day shred DVD. :) I would be VERY cranky, not to mention starving, only eating 500 calories a day! LOL
